Bus Éireann wanted a video asset which was able to be used internally as part of a bigger project further training their bus drivers. This video was able to get customers real opinions and was very well received instead of a more conventional written document.
This was shot over one very long day in Dublin. We spoke to a lot of customers asking what they thought about their experience and what their idea of good customer service is. Everyone we spoke with signed a model release form which basically gives us (the video production company) full usage of their footage. This project was shot with a 2 man crew and we had to keep out kit very light as we were constantly moving around all day.
